To use all the features of the site you must register. Your information does not have to be complete in the registration (you may leave out your mailing address for example).

This is a database for outreach for the Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council. THIS MEANS THAT THE INFORMATION YOU REGISTER WITH IS CONSIDERED "PUBLIC INFORMATION." The HHPNC may occasionally send out mass mailings or emails for outreach purposes. If you provide your mailing address, this is the ONLY use that address will EVER have. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL NEVER BE SHARED WITH ANYONE ELSE, EVER, FOR ANY REASON. In the unlikely event that someone seeks to have the HHPNC release any names and addresses under a "Public Information" request, the HHPNC will DELETE its database of names and addresses gathered PRIOR TO JUNE 1, 2004 (when we were made aware of this remote possibility). Anyone registering on this website AFTER JUNE 1, 2004 should be aware that the ADDRESS AND EMAIL ADDRESS YOU SUBMIT IS PUBLIC INFORMATION. YOU MAY WISH TO OBTAIN A "FREE EMAIL ACCOUNT" VIA HOTMAIL (HOTMAIL.COM) OR YAHOO (YAHOO.COM) AND REGISTER WITH THAT EMAIL ADDRESS (WHICH CAN BE CHANGED LATER TO YOUR MAIN EMAIL. SIMPLY REGISTER WITH A HOTMAIL OR YAHOO EMAIL ADDRESS, THEN EMAIL THE ADMINISTRATOR TO REQUEST A CHANGE OF EMAIL ADDRESS)
1. The Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council accepts ALL registrations (even those outside Highland Park),
2. The Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council accepts ALL "incomplete" registration
(When registering, your mailing address and phone # may be omitted)
3. The Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council affirms that any and all personal information will not be shared with ANY marketing entity, nor any other person, company, or governmental entity.
4. Public Information is defined strictly as that information which a stakeholder provides to the HHPNC upon Registration only, and does not include information provided subsequently to the Administrator.
5. Public information shall not be provided to anyone for any reason unless and only unless the Los Angeles Department of Neighborhood Empowerment compels such release. HHPNC will provide the DONE with a copy of the Public Database only. All other information shall remain strictly confidential.
6. The HHPNC database names and contact information are to be used for HHPNC outreach efforts only.
7. Registrants may elect to be eliminated from the database simply by emailing the administrator.
